What must always be true?
I call these invariants. They’re the system’s safety net.
Most outages happen because something everyone assumed was true wasn’t.
Over the last 12+ years I’ve built large-scale platforms across media, analytics, healthcare, cloud infrastructure, and multi-tenant SaaS systems. Most of my work revolves around identifying assumptions, defining invariants, and building systems that continue behaving correctly when reality refuses to cooperate.
